KINDERBIËNNALE 2021: The Oort Cloud and Blue Mountain, Netherlands

Part of the KINDERBIËNNALE 2021¹ held at Groninger Museum, Netherlands. ‘The Oort Cloud and Blue Mountain²’ is a screen-based interactive exhibition by Andreas Schlegel & Hazel Lim-Schlegel.

neuewave worked alongside the artists to design the graphics of the vinyl stickers, bas relief cutout and created 3D renderings to visualise the exhibition space.

²Andreas and Hazel created The Oort Cloud and the Blue Mountain for the Children’s Biennale. This interactive work was inspired by two things: the Oort Cloud, a field of icy particles in space, and Blue Mountain, a painting by the Russian artist Wassily Kandinsky depicting horses galloping under a hill.
